How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Are the products sold on Tata Nutrikorner authentic?
Yes, all products are sourced directly from Tata Consumer Products. We guarantee 100% authenticity and the highest quality standards for all our food and beverage items.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns if the item is received in a damaged condition or has expired. Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select pin codes.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled through the 'My Orders' section as long as they have not been processed for shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders above a minimum purchase value, which is specified at the time of checkout. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee is applied.
