Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Upload clear images of the product packaging, batch number, and any visible damage to help our quality assurance team validate your claim.

  Safe Packaging

  Once approved, ensure the food item is kept in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact to prepare it for the reverse pickup.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
